Establishing a line of credit with LightStoreUSA.com is easy. Simply download, print, fill-out and sign our credit application. We only issue open lines of credit to businesses and encourage that you include a list of references with your application. By filling out the credit application you represent yourself as a municipality, government agency or Dunn and Bradstreet rated corporation.*

Once you've completed the application, please email it to support@LightStoreUSA.com Credit Department. Your application will be processed within 4 business days. Please note the application must be signed to receive consideration and there may be additional information required in order to open a line of credit. If you have any further questions, please e-mail our Credit Department.

Orders: Entered on the site using your Purchase Order number instead of a credit card.

Terms: Thirty (30) days from the date of shipment.

EFT: Electronic Funds Transfer is available to those interested in paperless payment.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice. Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Login and you are able to see your invoices.

Do I have to pay sales tax? We charge 6% sales tax to Florida customers. If you are a tax exempt customer we will need a copy of the tax exemption, please contact us so that we can ensure your order is processed tax free.

How do I use a coupon? After adding items to your cart, you will see a promotion code text box on the right hand side above the Cart Summary where you may enter the coupon code.

Has my order shipped? You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you did not receive a tracking number, please feel free to contact us at websales@lightstoreusa.com.

When will my order arrive? At LightStoreUSA, we do our best to ship every order correctly, securely, and in a suitable matter. Orders are processed during standard business hours Monday - Friday. Most orders that are processed before 2:00 pm EST will be shipped out that same day if items are in stock. Products that are shipped generally arrive at your door within 3-5 business days.

What if my order was damaged or defective? If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@lightstoreusa.com or call us. Please have your Invoice number or a billing name the order was placed under ready and we will resolve the subject immediately.

What if the website is not working or I am having trouble using it? If you are having trouble with the website you can either email support@lightstoreusa.com or call us at 1-888-963-9665.

Can I order lighting items not found on the website? Yes, we will help you find whatever you need. Email us at support@lightstoreusa.com with a description of the product you are looking for.

Do you keep my credit card information for future orders? We do not store any of your credit card information aside from billing and shipping information. We believe that credit card information should remain protected.
